WHAT MAKES HER AN AWESOME TUTOR

What makes me a great tutor is that I know what it feels like to struggle with math and science - I did myself when I was younger. That experience helps me connect with students and make the subjects less intimidating. I love making learning fun and interactive by using notes, flowcharts, and simple breakdowns so students can actually enjoy the process. My goal is always to make concepts click in a way that feels approachable and builds confidence.

FUN FACTS

Life Goal: My life goal is to build a career where I can keep learning and growing while also helping others succeed. I want to combine my technical background with my love for teaching, so I can make difficult concepts feel simple and inspiring for students. Ultimately, I want to create a path where I'm always contributing - whether through education, technology, or community impact.

Words to Live By: Some words I live by are positivity, consistency, and discipline - they guide me both in my personal life and in the way I work with students. I also believe in always finding a way forward, no matter the challenge. One of my favorite affirmations is: "There's always a way out, as long as you keep moving forward.

Favourite Mathematical Weapon: My favourite mathematical "weapon" is connecting math to real-world problems so it feels practical and easier to understand. I also love breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable steps, and using flowcharts or visual notes to keep things clear. Another strategy I rely on is checking my work by approaching the problem in a different way - if both methods lead to the same result, I know I'm on the right track.

What's the best thing about you? The best thing about me is that I'm a really good listener. I put myself in my students' shoes and try to help them in a real, relatable way - not just as a teacher, but also as a friend. This helps them feel comfortable and confident while learning.

NERD ALERT!

Something nerdy about me is that I used to do trigonometry while listening to music - kind of like a way to lift my mood when I was feeling down. I guess combining math and music makes me happy, even when things get tough!
