WHAT MAKES HIM AN AWESOME TUTOR

For some reason I really really love explaining complex concepts and breaking them down into pieces that are easy to understand! I love helping students learn how to approach problems using critical thinking so that they can feel empowered to actually solve problems on their own! Oh, and one of my favourite things to do is to help students learn how to ask the best questions…curiosity and communication are so key to mathematics, in the classroom, and in real life!

FUN FACTS

Life goal: To bring each person I meet, one step closer to achieving their life goal:)

Words to Live By: The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can touch the poison of hatred without being harmed.

Favorite Mathematical Weapon:
 Limits! (It’s a Calculus thing:)

When you're not crunching numbers: Let’s just say…I have a sweet tooth:)

What’s the best thing about you? I am obsessed with stories, whether it be from books, movies, tv shows, or people! There’s a lot to learn from worlds that are not your own.

NERD ALERT!

I have a very niche interest in exotic general relativity (Theory of Gravity, and its effects on Space and Time). The more I spend time with these topics, the more I realize how math is the language in which physics is communicated—and honestly knowing things like how time travel is real and have a rigourous mathematical basis, excites me! TLDR; I’m in awe of our universe and how math can be used to come to crazy real life conclusions.
