Did you know that 85% of all students feel some sort of anxiety when it comes to test taking? Seriously - you're not alone! If you're like most people, you get stressed before tests - and even MORE stressed before exams! Maybe you have a little knot in your stomach, or maybe you're having trouble sleeping, or you're eating too much or too little, you're feeling more irritable and emotional than usual or you're feeling depressed and overwhelmed. We get it. During this workshop, you will learn why you're feeling these yucky feelings, and develop strategies to kick that yuckiness right in the butt!

Workshop Guru: Jenna! Jenna has been part of the TMG fam for four years. Crazy fun fact? She started as a student here, and by educating herself on how to manage her learning differences (ADHD, LD, IEP), managed to not only ace math - but to become a tutor here with us! She is currently at Ryerson University studying psychology, specializing in child development, disabilities, and inclusion education! Jenna works with a variety of mental health organizations to provide wellness strategies and instruction to kids with a variety of learning differences!
A minimum of 6 students is required to run this workshop so tell your friends! Workshop maxes out at 12 students.
