what makes him an awesome tutor

At the end of the day each student learns differently and brings with them a different knowledge base in math. I always make sure to teach according to one’s individual needs and their individual learning style. I think the best way to feel confident in math is to ensure one has strong foundations and is able to understand a topic in math, conceptually and analytically. I want to share the joy of math so that every student I work with is able to walk out of my sessions feeling confident and optimistic!

nerd alert!

I try to look for mathematical patterns everywhere in my life. I’ve caught myself several times, stopped in traffic rearranging the numbers on the license plates of cars ahead of me to see if I could create mathematical patterns out of them (… usually I do and when I do it’s so fun!!).
